CRITERIA

We will ask you to fill out a detailed rental application, specifying full rental history. Any persons who will reside even occasionally in the space must be announced with the application; all individuals over 18 must fill out and process an application. 

Your current and prior address will be verified.   It is your interest to encourage, even help, your current landlord or building to report on your successful residency as quickly as possible, by fax or email to our office (we send a request) and also by phone.  Positive references count a lot. You may submit work or community references in support of your application.

We have income minimums, and employment must be current and verifiable.

Your application authorizes a standard screening, to determine credit worthiness, eviction history, and criminal history.

To reserve an apartment, we require the full security deposit in certified funds. h The deposit is on record to encourage your monetary performance within our rental agreement and your basic care of the apartment. We hope to refund the entire amount when you need to move.
